SHIPPING & PROCESSING
- Please be sure to read the FULL product description before purchasing!
- There is a 1-3 business day PROCESSING time for all hair orders and a 1-3 business day SHIPPING time.
- When placing a custom wig order, there is a 1-3 business day PROCESSING time with an additional 7-10 business day turnaround time for your unit to be completed.
- Laced by J is NOT responsible for any improperly fitting units if you failed to select the correct cap size when purchasing your unit.
- Billing and shipping address must match when completing your purchase. If not, your order will be refunded.
- Laced by J is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages after you receive your tracking number.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Laced by J does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Cancellations
Being that each order is custom made, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment.
Returns
ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- To complete your return, we require an email notifying of the return request to lacedbyjcustomwigs@gmail.com. Our policy lasts 3 days after date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee from the cost of the product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the 10% restocking fee
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lacedbyjcustomwigs@gmail.com.
Exchanges
Are valid 3 days after delivery of item.
